Who we are and what we do

Every year over 40,000 women in Ireland are diagnosed with a mental health illness and emotional trauma surrounding conception, pregnancy, childbirth or loss of a baby. Due to lack of money, long waiting lists or understanding many are suffering alone or in silence.

Nurture is a non government funded Irish charity offering timely and affordable professional counselling and supports nationwide to women, their partners and families in Ireland.

Nurture is dedicated to saving lives and reducing the impact of emotional trauma and mental health illnesses. Nurture gives these women and their families hope and gets them back to living a happy and healthy life.
